The Voice & Music Team in collaboration with our NGO partner will develop training tools to build and strengthen vocal confidence among elected women representatives (EWRs) so as to increase assertiveness and a sense of ownership of their voice when participating in village councils or seeking assistance from higher authorities for flood relief. 

 

Goal: Develop training tools in self-efficacy and speech modulation for EWRs to participate in public councils and obtain funding for flood resilience infrastructure projects.
