Led by academicians from the University of Virginia, the team of economists will measure the impact of the interventions on several outcomes including the participation of elected women representatives in deliberations at village council meetings, expression and vocalization of their ideas, implementation of solutions through the use of their development works' discretionary funding, and public funding from the Bihar state government.
